Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

An item may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of its delivery date.

Returns are accepted for store credit only, we do not process refunds. Returns have a $5.00 fee.

Exchanges are accepted for a different size only. If the size requested is not in stock, you may request a store credit or exchange for another item. Additional fees in change of prices might apply.

Items purchased on sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All items must be in original condition, unworn with Amavi´s tag.

Under any circumstances, we can deny a return if a customer is consistently returning back-to-back.

Damages

If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to sales@shopamaviconcept.com within 2 business days of its delivery date. The Amavi Team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
